today my family went to a chinese restaurant and ate dinner then we went ot a movie after watching the movie, i went to the toilet and read a sign: "employees must wash hands" then i thought: why isn't there an employee waiting to clean my hands? i waited for 12 mins but no one came.is this an example of poor customer service?by the way, today i got my mio and new laptop! so happy!
